We offer you a modern working environment based on trust and personal responsibility, so that you can concentrate fully on your performance.
At braintec, we believe in building long-term, fair partnerships. That's why we only offer permanent contracts of employment. We trust you from day one. Unfortunately, we do not currently have the infrastructure to accommodate apprentices or interns, so we are unable to offer these types of contracts. We also don't offer freelance positions.
Yes. Part-time working models are possible and are also actively promoted by managers.

We use salary scales to determine fixed salaries, classifying you according to your education, professional experience and skills. Your bonus is based on your personal development and the success of braintec.
We have a curated Udemy course programme that offers exciting courses in the fields of project management, consulting, IT, development and sales, as well as soft skills and mental health. We also offer internal training opportunities, with the annual Odoo certification being particularly important.
