- Local and without IoT box: The terminals communicate in the internal network via Secure WebSockets (interface KIT JSON). Odoo PoS continues to operate even during an internet outage.

When purchasing wines from private ownership, Odoo automatically calculates the applicable margin tax in real-time and only taxes the effective margin, allowing drinkable to save significant tax costs.

- Virtual pre-reservation: Rare wines are often sold before they arrive in stock. Odoo therefore links customer orders directly with future, not yet received deliveries and allocates the batches in advance. An integrated algorithm prevents conflicts when multiple buyers want to reserve the same bottle.
- Warehouse and capacity management: Precise space management for wine boxes via standardized units (n-units). Odoo knows the space requirements of each bottle format, tracks the available capacity per box, and prevents batches with different tax statuses from ending up in the same box.
