Recruitment
With the new solution, SSE creates customized and dynamic job postings in no time. Reusable snippets allow for efficient ad creation, while dynamic fields in the application form – such as for employee referrals or the recruiting channel – refine data collection and enable meaningful reporting.
Application Tracking
The Kanban view in Odoo provides full transparency and real-time tracking of the application status. The HR automations significantly relieve the team: As soon as an application is moved to the "Department Selection" phase, Odoo directly assigns it to the responsible team manager for review, which massively shortens internal decision-making processes.
Communication
Automated communication ensures a first-class candidate experience. Upon receiving an application, the system sends a confirmation via email trigger. Additionally, dynamically translatable email templates enable professional correspondence in multiple languages for every step of the application process – from the interview invitation to the contract delivery and the welcome email on the first day of work.
The foundation for personnel management is in place: the next steps are time tracking and payroll accounting.
