As part of our customer care team, you will support our customers beyond the go-live phase: you will analyse, support, tailor Odoo solutions and develop them further – wherever they are already in use. Your tasks


  • Advising, supporting and customising our Odoo business software in direct collaboration with our international customers
  • Design solutions and implement them from start to finish
  • Perform clean deployment on the Linux server
  • Performance optimisation
  • Troubleshooting and subsequent rectification (bulletproof, of course)



Must-have


  • Strong skills in Python (or another object-oriented programming language) and SQL databases
  • IT knowledge in application development processes
  • Language skills: Fluent in German, Business fluent in English – our customers are international
  • Experience with Linux (Debian or Ubuntu) systems
  • Excellent communication skills, willingness to learn and openness to new ideas
Nice-to-have


  • Computer science degree from a university (or comparable education)
  • Experience with Odoo business software
  • Knowledge of French​
