The program standardises and seamlessly integrates the entire process from procurement and production to logistics, point-of-sale transactions, financial management and reporting. With this connected solution, the SV Group and braintec are setting new standards for digitalisation in the hospitality industry.

In SV Group restaurants, all POS (point-of-sale) data flows directly into the accounting system. At the end of each month, precise invoices are generated automatically, including subsidies and cost center allocations. The complete integration of data also provides a clear overview of products sold and revenue for each location. This information helps restaurant managers tailor their menus to customer needs and plan menus and inventory more efficiently. Ordering from suppliers simple and can be done with just a click through the Odoo-integrated ordering platform.

When preparing meals, smartChef supports the SV Group chefs with an extensive recipe database that includes detailed information about ingredients, health-related data and mandatory nutritional labels. A standout feature is the automatic publication and evaluation of menus based on their Eco-Scores. In the future, the system will also display CO2 emissions and a health rating for each menu as an integrated part of the solution.
