Studer Innotec SA is a leading Swiss manufacturer of complex solar off-grid systems and hybrid systems. The company develops and produces over 20,000 devices annually, which are exported to over 70 countries. The high-quality inverters, charge controllers, and system components are used wherever a stable power grid is not available or where an independent power supply is desired. Since 1987, Studer Innotec has been committed to renewable energies and stands for Swiss precision and reliability, with the entire value chain – from research to manufacturing – taking place at the location in Sion.
What braintec has implemented
Since the existing and partially customized Odoo solution no longer met the requirements of Studer Innotec, braintec completely rebuilt the system. Care was taken to stay as close to the standard as possible to avoid unnecessary development costs. Today, Studer Innotec benefits from a Swissdec-certified payroll system, which is already included in the Odoo standard. The salaries of the approximately 40 employees are now processed in compliance with the law and securely. Thanks to the ELM connection, data transmission to social security and authorities now occurs at the push of a button.
In the next project phases, the Odoo solution will be expanded to include the areas of production, sales, CRM, and accounting in order to create a seamlessly integrated corporate management system.
