CeRFI
CeRFI SA is a Swiss IT services company with almost 200 employees. The company operates in the areas of service desk, software development (MonPortail) and IT training (both traditional and online). Against a backdrop of strong growth, the company sought to streamline its internal processes and reduce manual tasks.
What braintec has implemented
The aim was to centralise the tools, make the processes more reliable and improve operational efficiency, whilst ensuring data security and the quality of the results.
With the support of braintec, CeRFI migrated to Odoo and implemented a unified environment covering several key areas. The project was carried out taking into account the organisation’s specific characteristics and existing processes. The braintec team helped CeRFI to structure its processes and tailor the Odoo solution to its business requirements.
Sales
Using the CRM module allows sales opportunities to be tracked accurately and certain steps – particularly when converting a lead into a sale – to be automated. The process of creating quotations has been standardised, with documents generated directly from the system.
Recruitment and Human Resources
The recruitment process has been largely automated. Candidates can schedule their own interviews, which reduces the administrative burden and streamlines recurring recruitment campaigns.
Project Management
Information on project assignments is now managed centrally. Resource planning provides a clearer overview of the teams’ workload and makes it easier to coordinate over 160 IT support staff.
Employee Management
The management of specialist staff has been optimised through the automated generation of standardised CVs. This enables the rapid creation of consistent profiles that comply with the company’s corporate identity.

In the next project step, CeRFI continues the digitization of its processes with the redesign of its website, intranets, and product pages in Odoo to further strengthen the connection between internal tools and the online presence.

Outlook
Website
In partnership with braintec and a creative agency, CeRFI is currently digitizing its web presence within Odoo 18. This collaboration will result in three new digital websites: a corporate website, an intranet, and a dedicated product page.
