In order to optimise efficiency, automation and user-friendliness, braintec digitised syndicom's most important business processes in Odoo. The implementation includes finance with full accounting and expense management, CRM, helpdesk, marketing (newsletter, automated marketing, SMS and social media marketing), as well as sales, subscriptions, events, e-learning, website and project management. An integrated membership management system was also implemented, enabling seamless organisation and administration.
