Efficient logistics are crucial for success in the online coffee trade. In close cooperation with braintec, CoffeeB has completely digitalised the ordering and sales process in Odoo.
CoffeeB is part of Delica AG, which is a merger of five food companies. Delica develops and produces premium quality indulgence products under the umbrella of Migros Industrie.
Procurement process (procure to pay)
The entire procurement process - from warehouse management to goods receipt and supplier payment - was successfully integrated into the Odoo Business software by the shop floor experts at braintec. The result: efficient workflows, a lean warehouse structure and optimised collaboration between departments.
