What braintec has delivered
braintec has implemented the holistic digitalisation of central business processes for André Koch. All processes, from accounting and sales to warehouse logistics, are now seamlessly linked in Odoo.
Finances
The financial processes – including complete accounting, automated invoice dispatch by email and post, and an integrated customer refund process – were efficiently mapped in the Odoo software.
Sales
Thanks to the connection to Central Biller Distribution, the sales process can be controlled in a standardised and transparent manner, with central invoicing and management of all sales orders.
The management of individual price lists for each customer has also been optimised. braintec has expanded the Odoo Standard App PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and created the new PLC (Price List Change) function to this end. This enables André Koch's sales staff to adjust product prices quickly and efficiently. The function also integrates the approval process, revision log, and effective date of prices.
Warehouse and logistics
Warehouse management is fully automated using the barcode app and modern Zebra scanners. Shipping processes, such as creating labels and delivery notes, can be carried out quickly and easily, and customised interfaces with logistics service providers, such as Camion Transport, Swiss Post and DPD, enable seamless shipping processing.
B2B-focused eCommerce
Another highlight is the customised B2B web shop. With portal access and role-based assignment of rights, it offers customers of André Koch an intuitive and user-friendly shopping experience. It also enables orders to be placed directly via the customised Central Biller and/or André Koch.
