The implementation
Before collaborating with braintec, 'manual' management characterized the daily operations of i-watt. While accounting was handled through Winbiz, team management, tour planning, and project controlling were managed through Excel spreadsheets with numerous duplicate entries. With the growth of the company, the need for a centralized and future-proof ERP solution became a priority.
