Your Playing Field​

  • Receive inquiries from prospects (potential customers) and establish the initial contact 
  • Deeply understand the business models of your prospects: analyze their needs, challenges, and potential
  • Deliver demos tailored precisely to your prospects' requirements - showing them how Odoo can revolutionize their daily operations
  • Lead on-site workshops to lay the foundation for a long-term, successful collaboration
  • Create customized proposals that not only convince but inspire

Must-have

  • You have a degree in business administration or equivalent professional experience
  • You are curious, creative, and have a strong business acumen
  • You effortlessly expand your network and build strong connections with various stakeholders - especially with a focus on our growth trajectory in Germany
  • You are passionate about software solutions and know how to inspire others
  • You speak German at a native level and have at least C2-level proficiency in English
  • You are ambitious and driven to find the perfect solution for your customers
  • Strong communication skills, a sense of humor, and a proactive work approach define you
  • IT affinity comes naturally to you—you always want to stay at the cutting edge
  • You are open to traveling (approx. 20%) and enjoy personal interactions with customers


Nice-to-have

  • You have experience in the ERP environment, ideally even with Odoo
  • Agile project methodologies are nothing new to you
  • You have experience negotiating at the highest level
  • You are familiar with tender processes and their workflows

Assessment

You get an exciting task to prove your skills. Afterwards, there will be a more in - depth Q&A session - all this also with Sarah, Kim or Lorena from the People & Culture team.

Benefits

We offer you an attractive and competitive annual salary of between EUR 70,000 and 90,000 gross, depending on your qualifications. You will also benefit from a performance-related bonus that allows you to share in the company's success. This position is permanent and offers you long-term prospects.
